In 1960 President and General Manager, Jim
Johnston began Fiscus Homes in North Vancouver.
Over the years Fiscus Homes has maintained
close ties with the community, still operating
out of North Vancouver, but prefabricating home kits
in Langley, British Columbia.
For years, Fiscus Homes prefabricated roof
systems for warehouses, restaurants, townhouse
developments, apartment buildings, and even
pavilions for Expo’86. We now specialize
in building custom prefab homes.
We have supplied and built over 500 designer homes
in coastal areas of British Columbia including
the Sunshine coast, Vancouver Island and
the Interior. We have built prefab homes in some
of the most rural areas including on difficult
rocky outcroppings and on building lots
accessible only by water.
