Fiscus Homes of North Vancouver, BC specializes in providing prefabricated home packages. Our prefab homes are custom designed by architects and home design professionals, and are supplied to homeowners, builders and developers in British Columbia and around the world.

We ship custom prefab housing packages to the global market. Although we manufacture for our local market, many of our packages are exported to Washington State, California, the Eastern States, the Bahamas and Japan.

Our customers send us their architect’s or designer’s plans, and we estimate the cost of a home package, and coordinate the delivery to their building site.
